Frequently Asked Questions
When you have entered your phone number at the kiosk and completed four washes, you will receive a text message with a code for your free wash. You can also access your free wash code in your customer portal here.
You can check your points at any time in the customer portal here. Use your phone number to access your account and see your loyalty points.
Loyalty points are non-transferable and tied to your personal account through your phone number.
Loyalty points have no cash value.

Terms & Conditions

The Cheetah Clean Auto Wash Loyalty Program ("Program") allows eligible customers to earn points toward free washes at participating Cheetah Clean Auto Wash and CUB Express Auto Wash locations. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Earning Points
- Customers earn 1 point for each qualifying paid car wash at a participating Cheetah Clean or CUB Express location. Points must be associated with your Program account at the time of purchase. Complimentary washes, loyalty rewards, gift card purchases, refunded or voided transactions, and certain promotional or discounted transactions may not qualify for points.
- Redeeming Rewards
- Once you earn 4 points, you receive 1 free wash. Rewards may be redeemed at participating Cheetah Clean and CUB Express locations. The free wash is valid for a King Extreme (Cheetah) or Ultimate (CUB) wash. Points remaining after a reward is redeemed stay in your account and may be used toward future rewards. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined between accounts.
- Account Requirements
- The Program is intended for individual customers. You must provide accurate account information and may maintain only one Program account. Cheetah Clean may suspend or terminate an account, or cancel points or rewards, if we determine that the account has been used fraudulently, improperly, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Expiration
- Points do not expire while your account remains active. Cheetah Clean may establish an expiration date for points or rewards in the future. If an expiration policy is adopted, customers will be provided reasonable notice of the applicable expiration terms.
- Program Changes
- Cheetah Clean Auto Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to how points are earned, the number of points required for rewards, eligible transactions, participating locations, or reward terms. If program changes are adopted, customers will be provided reasonable notice of the applicable changes.
- Program Locations: Cheetah Clean & CUB Express
- The Program is valid at participating Cheetah Clean Auto Wash and CUB Express Auto Wash locations. Cheetah Clean and CUB Express may offer different wash packages, pricing, promotions, and services at individual locations. Not every promotion or service is necessarily available at both brands.
- Privacy & Communications
- Information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with the Cheetah Clean Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, you may receive communications about your account, points, rewards, and Program updates. Promotional communications will be handled according to your communication preferences and applicable law.
